We have a newborn in the home and our AC went out in the middle of the night. We called Cowboy Cooling and they were out within an hour. They will be our AC and heating company for any further work. Absolutely Outstanding!

It was one of the best experience I ever have with this type of companies, were professional, gave a timeline and they clean everything, they showed me how to use the system, they installed the UV light to purify my water, also technicians are super great, the installers were fun, polite, and professional .

This past summer I came home at like 7-8 from work my kids were complaining because it was hot. I immediately searched for a company. Was referred by a friend to cowboy cooling. Got an appt scheduled for the next morning. My dumb self left the fan going or whatever. So when Robert got here the next morning it was scolding hot. He turned everything off and said he would be back later in the day once it cooled off. I had been told to turn it off and I didn't. Around 2 or 3 he told me he was on his way again. He got here figured out the issue. Replaced parts and got this house cooling again. Always up front and honest and a small family owned business. I will continue to use cowboy cooling for all of my ac & Heat needs.

Our Home warranty uses Cowboy cooling for AC service issues and we put in a request for service as we had a leak from the AC into our dining room ceiling and our normal big box AC service company wanted $2000 to make the necessary repairs. As we had a home warranty for the house having just bought about 10 months ago I called for service to see if the warranty would cover any of the repairs needed. They ended up sending out John to look at our system and he found the issue that 4 other techs could not between two companies. A strap had come loose and once put into/secured at proper place the system was no longer leaking and we had to replace nothing. He even topped off our slightly low Freon while here at no cost. We made some additional repairs at our request today and the service from John was again timely, efficient, and professional. We have switched to Cowboy Cooling moving forward for all our AC needs.

Showed up on time. Was very courteous and professional. Explained clearly the work that was going to be done and the charges involved. Finished the job in a timely manner.

So far we have been very pleased with our service from Cowboy Cooling. We are also very happy that one of the representatives John is very caring to respond to any questions we may have.

The Tuesday night before Thanksgiving (the first Thanksgiving in our first house) our AC went out, Cowboy Cooling was recommended to me by my neighbors. I gave them a call and within 20 mins they were at my door and with in an hr the ac was running, but not only did they fix the problem they also corrected many little things the previous owner of the house either did or had done, as well as recommended other ways to improve the functionality of my unit. They walked me thorough everything they did explaining in depth why the were doing it, very courteous and professional, will definitely be using them for all of my ac problems.

Robert came and replaced a capacitor on a Sunday for me so my 1yr old daughter didn't have to be stuck in Texas heat with out a/c!!! Great family operated company!! Highly recommend them!!!

I bought a house in October. Bought a home warranty. Air and heating went out end of January. Home warranty company contracts with Cowboy Cooling. Cowboy cooling came out same day claim was filed and diagnosed the issue and reported back to the home warranty company. Once claim was settled, Cowboy Cooling was contacted and scheduled service for the following day. The owner, Robert, personally contacted me to make the arrangements. The next morning Cowboy Cooling arrived and immediately started the repairs/replacement of my attic unit. Robert came out to meet me and ensure his technicians had everything they needed. I have seen previous reviews and I feel it's important to leave the proper review. In my case, the service was outstanding. The technicians were friendly, thorough, efficient, clean and professional. I have absolutely no complaints and will recommend this company. Communication is they key to any successful transaction. Robert didn't have to handle this himself. He has employees to do this. But his business is important to him as is his reputation. It clearly shows. Thank you Robert.
